I ordered from pethonesty.com expecting it to show up within a few days, but the shipping dragged on way longer than I thought it would. What made me side-eye the whole thing was the tracking barely updating, so half the time I wondered if my package was even moving.

It did eventually arrive, but by then I had already gone out and bought something else for my dog because I couldn't keep waiting. The product was fine, but the shipping situation felt a little sketchy and definitely not what I expected...

I really wanted to like this, but I was confused because the website made it sound like the scent wouldn’t be a big deal. As soon as I opened the jar, the smell was super strong. My dog actually backed away from it at first, which pretty much told me everything. Maybe it works fine for some pets, but the odor made it hard for us to use every day. It’s not the worst product, just not something I’d buy again.

I’ve had my dog’s joint chews from PetHonesty set up on subscription for a while now, and it’s been easy. I’m the kind of person who remembers we’re almost out right when the container is basically empty, so the autoship helps a lot. Ordering was simple too, which I appreciated.

I did change the delivery date once, and it wasn’t hard, but I definitely clicked around for a minute trying to find the right spot. Not a huge deal. The boxes have been showing up when expected, and nothing has arrived smashed or weird, so that part has been solid. My dog also gets excited when the package comes, but he gets excited about paper towels too, so there’s that.

The only reason I’d take off a star is the reminder emails. I just wish they came a little earlier so I had more time to make changes if needed. Other than that, it’s been a good setup and low-maintenance, which is mostly what I wanted

I got these hoping my dog would have a little more energy, but i didn’t see much of a change. Like, I kept waiting for that “oh okay, it’s working” moment and it just never happened, make it make sense. Maybe it works better for other pets, but it wasn’t a win for us. Shipping was totally fine though.

I was on pethonesty.com looking for some dog supplements. Nothing too complicated. The menu was clear enough, I clicked around a bit, found what I needed without getting annoyed, which is always nice.
It did feel a little slow on my phone though. A few pages just kind of sat there for a second. Checkout too, took me a minute to figure out where everything was. But overall, yeah, decent site and easy enough to use.

It works fine and the price seems fair for what you get. I didn’t really have any major issues with it, but the whole experience kind of left me feeling dismissed, like my concerns wouldn’t have mattered much if I did run into a problem

My quick test is basically, “does his breath seem less awful when he’s in my face?” and the answer was not really. Shipping was fine, but for the price, the results felt underwhelming. What also bothered me was how unclear it was who actually owns or stands behind the product. When something makes my dog sick, I want to know who’s responsible, and that wasn’t easy to figure out.
